This "high" rye (75% rye) is aged at least 3 years and is for those of you who prefer your whiskey with a bit of spice. We grow and distill a very specific varietal of rye that gives has a very soft white pepper finish. When complemented with the vanilla and butterscotch notes that come from the corn, it��s no wonder it was named the 2019 ��Best Whiskey of the State�� in IL at the Heartland Spirits Competition.
